Year 9 Emmaus Retreat Days

As part of the College Faith Development Program, all Year 9 students will participate in Emmaus Day.
The day focuses on the student’s personal journey through life, where they have come from and where they see themselves in the future.
The day is centred around the scriptural story of "The Road to Emmaus" [Luke 24:13-35] and enables students to reflect on the role of God in their life and recognising those "God Moments". Students engage in a range of activities including meditation, group dissuasion/sharing, team building exercises and a group liturgy.
Brigid, Romero, Camara and Marcellin Guilds will participate in the program on Monday 5 December with Chisholm, Thomas More, Catherine and Mackillop participating on Tuesday 6 December. Normal classes will run for those guilds not involved.
The students will be come to school in their Guild uniform attend Pastoral care group then move to either the Sports Complex or the College Chapel as instructed.
