Year 11 Outdoor Education Camp Highlights

Year 11 ATAR OED students went on a 3 day expedition to the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park, where they consolidated skills from class in the natural environment.

The students completed two abseils, two caves explorations and hiked 23km on the Cape to Cape track. Students developed their leadership skills and interpersonal skills throughout the expedition, with a number of highlights, including 5 minutes of silence in the pitch dark at the bottom of an 80m cave at night and completing a 45m abseil at Wilyabrup Seacliffs.
