NAS Sport Concludes for 2016

NAS Sport Concludes for 2016

NAS Sport has now finished for the year. Thank you to all students who committed to their teams and enjoyed the fun and healthy competition alongside their friends. Thank you also to all staff who offered up their time to coach our students. Without their invested time and energy there would be no NAS Competition.
It was a great way to finish the season with the Senior Boys Soccer holding on to win the ACC Championship over Sacred Heart College. Congratulations to Mr Bonarrigo and the boys who now progress to the Champions League playoffs.
It is important that all Soccer and AFL playing tops are returned to the respective NAS coaches.
We now turn our attention to Athletics with the Guild Carnival taking place in Week 2 of next term. The College uses the Guild Athletics Carnival to assist with the selection for the ACC team who will compete in Week 9.
Thank you to all parents for your continued support of the College Co-Curricula sporting program and we look forward to further successes next semester.
Matt Connell, Head of Sport
