ACC Athletics Training

Reminder that Athletics Training has started. We have a large number of specialist coaches who are doing a great job in preparing our students physically as well as providing expert technical coaching to help help all athletes achieve their personal best.
•Tuesday’s 3.45pm-4.45pm (followed by sausage sizzle from Week 5 onwards)
•Wednesday’s Lunch Times (strength and conditioning)
•Thursday’s 7.10am-8.10am (followed by breakfast)
